Nothing on this page is borrowed, rewritten or invented. When a real customer's words appear, they will be there because the customer wrote them.
An Honest Blank Beats a Made-Up Wall of Praise
Anyone can paste five-star quotes onto a website. We would rather show nothing than show something false, and that choice also happens to be the law: fake reviews are treated as misleading by UK consumer rules.
What a Real Review Will Look Like
It will describe a specific job, mention the area, and not read like an advertisement. Mixed feelings are allowed.
Reviews as Receipts
A good review should trace back to something that happened: a blocked drain off Gunterstone Road, a burst pipe in a Brook Green flat, a combi that locked out in Olympia. If we cannot say which job a review refers to, it does not go up.
No Reward, No Nudge
Nobody receives a discount, a free visit or a gift for writing one, and nobody who stays silent pays more.
What You Can Check Without Any Reviews
Take every review off the page and there is still a good deal you can test for yourself:
- A number that answers: 07460 069834, at all hours, on bank holidays too
- A written quote from the partner company before any work starts
- A named company by text before anyone arrives at your door
- A real address: 2 N End Parade, London W14 0SJ
- Local detail you can verify, such as the 33 mansion blocks of Queen's Club Gardens, on pages like Barons Court
Four Questions for Any Plumber
Ask who is coming, whether the price is in writing first, what standards the work follows, and whom you ring if it fails. We answer all four on how we work.
Why Judging a Heating Repair Takes a Winter
The honest test of a boiler repair arrives with the first cold week, not the day of the visit. Thames Water supply is hard, at roughly 266 mg/l in its 2025 report, so scaled heat exchangers can return as a fault after a seemingly clean fix. See boiler repair and power flushing for what to expect.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is this page empty of customer quotes?
Because we publish a review only when a real customer has written it about a real job, and a new service starts with none. We could fill the page with invented praise in an afternoon, and so could anyone. It would also be dishonest and unlawful to present it as genuine, so the page stays short until the real ones arrive.
Will you ever write reviews yourselves?
No. We will not write, edit to improve or buy a review, and we will not ask a friend to leave one. Fabricated testimonials breach consumer protection rules in the UK and, more simply, they would make everything else on this site harder to believe. Anything that appears here will be a customer's own words, attributed to a real job and area.
Do you reward people for leaving reviews?
No. There is no discount, free visit or gift for leaving one, and no penalty for staying silent. Rewarded reviews tend to skew positive and readers rightly discount them. If someone tells you they have been offered an incentive to review a plumber, that is a reason to read the rest of that firm's page more carefully.
How will genuine reviews be shown?
Each will be tied to a real job in a real place, such as a lockout in Barons Court or a leak in a Brook Green conversion, and we will be able to say what happened. Ratings will not be averaged into a score until there are enough real ones to mean something. Until then, empty slots show what you can check instead.
Who does the work I would be reviewing?
An independently owned local plumbing company from our partner network. We take your call, match you to the partner who can reach you soonest, text you its name and stay on the line afterwards. A review therefore covers two things: how we handled the call and follow-up, and how the partner company handled the visit, quote and workmanship.
What can I check about you today?
Several things. The number is 07460 069834 and is answered at all hours, the address is 2 N End Parade, London W14 0SJ, and the partner company must give a quote in writing before work starts. You can also compare our local pages with your own street. If the details match the place you know, that tells you something real.
How should I read other plumbers' perfect ratings?
With a little scepticism. A burst of five-star entries within a few days, from accounts with no other history, or praise that never mentions a place, a fault or a price, is worth a second look. Genuine reviews tend to be specific, mixed in tone and spread over time. Look for the one-star entries too and see how the firm replied.
Can I leave a review after a job?
Yes, and it would be welcome. Tell us how it went by phone or through the contact form, say which area and which kind of work was done, and be honest about both the good and the bad. If something went wrong, we would rather hear it directly, because that is the number we chase the partner company from.
What would a useful review of a boiler job contain?
It would name the fault, such as a lockout or a pressure drop, say how soon someone arrived and whether the quote was in writing first, and mention whether the fix lasted. A boiler repair is hard to judge on the day, because many faults reappear if the cause was missed. A review written months later, after a cold snap, says far more.
What if I have a complaint rather than a review?
Raise it with the partner company first, since it carried out the work and is best placed to put it right. If you cannot settle it, ring 07460 069834 and tell us what happened. We will contact the partner on your behalf and keep chasing. A complaint handled properly often matters more to a firm's reputation than praise.
